Dear Blender,

I’m sorry for neglecting you for longer than I should have. Pardon me for being blunt, but for a while there you lost your appeal. I had my eyes set on a younger, sexier prototype (Her name is Breville, and she’s everything you’re not). But yesterday after coming back to you, I realize I took you for granted. I may have overlooked and taken advantage of you, but you have a lot to offer and always deliver. Forgive me, please?

And now, presenting my smoothie concoction for those (like me) who are always on the go and can’t be bothered:

Breakfast in a Cup Recipe

Energy Encapsulated.

Energy Encapsulated.

Ingredients:
1 Banana
1-2 Handfuls Strawberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, and/or Blueberries
½ Cup Organic Soy Milk
1 Teaspoon Flax Seed
1 Teaspoon Chia Seed
1 Teaspoon Maca Powder
½ Teaspoon Macha Powder
1 Teaspoon Agave Nectar (optional)

Directions:
1. Unpeel banana (reference instructional tutorial here).
2. Thoroughly wash and soak berries.
3. Blend fruits and soy milk.
4. Add agave nectar, flax, chia, maca + macha and blend.
5. Bottoms up!
