Berry Blues

I have found a small but mighty cure-all for the blues. It comes in the form of a Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie! It is quick, easy, refreshing – and most of all, healthy. With minimal ingredients, it is a fairly fail-proof recipe. Plus, it is a perfect pick-me-up after a crazy hectic work day or a plain delicious add-on to any meal.

Difficulty:

Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup blueberries
¼ cup rice milk
Agave nectar
Ice

Instructions:
1. Measure ingredients.
2. Wash blueberries.
3. Blend and enjoy!
