The Game Changer

I’m sure many of you may have noticed the more than slight drop of activity that has happened over the past couple of months. Thank you for sticking with us through our moments of silence! The good news is that we are back in action and the reasons for our lack in conversation will soon be evident as we are eager to share the rundown with all of you.

I’m sure my fellow authors would agree with me that “The Game Changer” would be a fitting title as the theme to encompass all that has happened since our last viral conversations with all of you. There’s that saying that people don’t change, they just become more of who they really are. Well in these last few months, it’s safe to say that our shared experiences have not only solidified who we are but have strengthened our friendships, relationships, and sense of well being.

I cannot speak for them but what I can say is that between the three of us we have ran half marathons, changed zip codes, built healthier habits, and started new careers. I for one can now say goodbye to my two hour one-way
commutes and have officially become a bona fide LA resident! Check out my new digs!

So here’s a teaser of what you can expect in the months to follow from this fellow blogger: snippets from my urban farming dreams, successful farm-to-table recipes from my kitchen to yours, favorite Los Angeles eateries/destinations, and following my training (the good and the bad – no sugar coating here!) as Phoebe and I prepare for the Nike’s Women Run in San Francisco come October. #werunsf or more like #thethreeteaspoonsrunssf – a catchy hashtag if I do say so myself.
